Personnel File of Orange Count Fingerprint Analyst Shows Poor Reviews Dating Back to 2015

The newly released personnel file of Marco Palacio, a latent print examiner who has since been removed from his lab, has revealed that the Orange County Sheriff’s Office had documented performance issues as early as 2015—without notifying the State Attorney’s Office.
